All Technicians and Electricians are fully qualified and approved by the Equipment Manufacturers in accordance with Irish, UK and EU Regulations and all relevant Health & Safety legislation. We provide a unique 24-hour Call-Out Service nationwide with a fleet of 15 fully-equipped Mobile Service Units.
Our vehicles are furnished with a full range of stock of spare parts, to cover most eventualities. Our experience over the last 14 years in dealing with the Emergency Services has enabled us to identify key parts and equipment needed to effectively and efficiently resume a vehicle or equipment to normal service. In addition to parts, our engineers also carry diagnostic equipment and unit spares Our service engineers are fully trained and certified to carry out repair and maintenance for all types of equipment.
From our long standing experience, we have identified the most common parts required to repair equipment in order to get the vehicle “Back on the Road” in the shortest time possible. We have invested significantly in equipping a modern fleet of vehicles with spare parts and tools in addition to a large reserve stock of spare parts held in our Service Centre in Trim.
We have live Vehicle Tracking installed in all vehicles (AVL), which gives our service co-ordination team exact locations of all engineers anywhere in Ireland and the UK. We installed AVI / AVL (Vehicle Logging) Systems in our vehicles in 2010, to improve our customer service and response times, but equally for the benefit of employees. The system gives us up to the minute GPS information on all our vehicles, which allows the service co-ordinator to allocate work to our engineers efficiently and effectively, and peace of mind for our employees, that their location is known to the call centre at all times.
